  We were very upset that the condo we have rented for the past 2 years was rented from underneath us. When we went to sign a contract for next year, we were told it was rented October 1 for next year. We were not even consulted or given the right to refuse it. First come, first served isn't a good idea when it comes to renewals. Other agencies give you 10 to 15 days into the month to sign up for the next year. We will go to one if those companies!!!!
