  We own a condo at Baywatch Resort through Elliott Realty and have for several years. Previously, we went through the hotel itself. Switching with Elliott was literally the WORST business decision my grandparents ever made. But it saves them money and THERE IS A REASON WHY. We even have horrible experiences. One being when I was 34 weeks pregnant and drove 6 hours that day. We got there after hours and they are supposed to leave us our keys. They were not there and they gave us the run around for hours until 1am. At one point, I went into the hotel and begged them to help cause I was so upset and tired and in pain. Never had a good experience. No need for a response from the owners.
