  I am new to yoga and the instructor was extremely accommodating and helpful! Her classes are for all levels. My doctor encouraged me to try yoga after being diagnoswd with 2 herniated discs and im so glad i did... Mrs. Mary Lyn Porter incorporates Scripture and relaxing Christian music into the practice which I really enjoyed. She has warm/cozy and clean studio equipped with yoga mats, blocks and straps if you don't have your own. Pricing is very reasonable. I wish I lived in Myrtle...I'd come every day. Its perfect for the local or traveler! I highly recommend it!
